The Athletic Center offers a full cadre  of cardio and strength equipment and a variety of group classes throughout the day. Get a jump on your fitness goals with one of our motivating personal trainers. Let us help you achieve your weight-loss goals, get in shape, play pain-free golf and tennis, hit the ball farther and have the endurance to outlast your opponents.

Meet and socialize in the café after your workout for a smoothie, recovery shake and some friendly conversation. Don’t have time to socialize? Enjoy our Grab n’ Go menu, serving healthy items from a convenient location.
